The ACC Lipid Manager app (formerly LDL-C Manager) offers a comprehensive suite of four tools designed to assist clinicians in managing patients' triglyceride and LDL-C levels from initial therapy through adjustment, with the overarching goal of reducing ASCVD risk.

The ASCVD Risk Estimator provides a means to calculate pretreatment risk and evaluate the appropriateness of statin therapy for individual patients.

The LDL-C Lowering Therapy tool facilitates assessment of response to statins and aids in determining whether additional therapies should be considered, including the sequence in which they might be introduced.

The Statin Intolerance tool assists clinicians in evaluating potential statin intolerance and guides subsequent management decisions.

The Hypertriglyceridemia tool offers tailored consensus recommendations for lifestyle modifications and pharmacological interventions, particularly for high-risk patients with persistent hypertriglyceridemia.
